Microwave: Place cookie pie in tin in the center of the microwave, and heat until it reaches your desired temperature (10-30 seconds depending on size)
It can overcook easily in the microwave so keep an eye on it!
DO NOT put plastic lid into the microwave. They are not microwaveable. Aluminum tin is microwavable when placed in center of the microwave.
Want to save them for another day?
Cookie pies stay fresh for three weeks in room temperature when they are delivered.
They are best when kept in the refrigerator to preserve freshness. Putting them in the refrigerator will make them last up to four weeks!
Freezing them will allow them to stay fresh for up to four months.
-USPS did not deliver your order in time: By choosing the shipping option when purchasing, you agreed to understand that any problems with USPS are out of Baked with Grace's control. We state on our website that each package is shipped out the following Thursday/Friday after the order is placed. You can either send with Priority Mail or Express Mail, and express is the only one that is guaranteed a certain delivery date by USPS. When placing an order, it is best to keep that in mind. We cannot control USPS and when they deliver your package. If you need a shipment to come before an event on a specific day, order the cookie pies the week prior. That will result in the cookies being there on time, and they stay fresh for: three weeks room temperature, four weeks in the refrigerator, and up to four months in the freezer.
-USPS States your order was delivered, but it is not at your address: After your order leaves our facility, it is under the care of USPS. By choosing the shipping option when purchasing, you agreed to understand that any problems with USPS are out of Baked with Grace's control. We will be glad to assist you with any problems, but are not able to give any refunds or resend any packages. When you check your shipping information and USPS has stated your package has been delivered, that means that your package has been scanned at your address and left for you to receive. If anything happens to your package after that, it is completely out of Baked with Grace and USPS control. We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages after they have been delivered. If you have proof that the package was never delivered, your best option is to contact your local postal office, either in person or on the phone, and tell them about the situation. If it is their problem and your package is lost, they have an option where you are able to get a refund.
-Shipping box ruined from animal destroying it: Although we apologize for this, we are in no way responsible for animals getting into your box. Once your package is delivered, it is completely out of our control. This circumstance does not receive a refund.
-Writing the wrong address in for where the order will be shipped to: It is not our responsibility to make sure the address written is correct. We use a third party website that gathers the orders from GoDaddy and creates the shipping labels for us. As a result, we will always send out each order with the address that the customer has provided. It is the customers responsibility to provide an address that is correct, and that USPS can deliver correctly. If it is not written correctly, USPS will ship it back to our facility. Because of this, no full refunds will be given, since our products and shipping expenses were wasted.
-Canceling an order after the first 24 hours it was placed: Our cookie pies are made to order. This means that once someone places an order, we track how many cookie pies need to be made and we start the baking process. We do not accept cancelled orders after a specific time, since the cookie pies will already be in the baking process.
